Walter Lee, CPA

Walter is a member in the firm’s tax service group and has been with the firm since 1989. Walter's experience includes providing tax consulting and compliance services to individuals, as well as privately held companies in the retail, wholesale, professional services, manufacturing, and oil and gas industries. Walter consults with clients on various tax matters including transaction planning, compliance issues, tax incentives, nexus issues, and mergers and acquisitions due diligence. He also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and various state taxing authorities on disputed tax issues.

As a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, Walter has served as a board member and as an officer of the Central Chapter. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Council of Petroleum Accounting Societies, and the Petroleum Accounting Society of Mississippi.
